How allocation works

  • Immediate participation. Active physician reviewers are eligible from day one — no financial commitment required.
  • Immediate equity in the company. A meaningful, founder-backed stake reserved for the people doing the clinical work.
  • Earned by case volume. Your share is determined by the percent of cases you complete in the first 24 months relative to your physician peers.
  • On top of per-case pay. Equity is in addition to the cash you earn for every case you complete — not in place of it.

Final equity terms, vesting, and documentation are formalized in a written equity agreement provided after onboarding.
